New Functionality

I've added a few new things to the site. Here's a quick list of what's in this update.

1. Independent forces!! Including Ceaser and Stalker from Shards.
2. Report showing the relative popularity of different, factions, UCORs, models, etc.
3. RSS feed to make it easy to keep up with new articles and new functionality being added to the site
4. Several data card corrections and minor bug fixes.

I'm working on task for upgrades and doctrines, but they are difficult. In the meantime I'll keep the smaller updates and some new articles coming. Subscribe to the RSS Feed to watch for new content.
